ENMU Board of Regents Approves Zero Percent Tuition and Fees Increase for ENMU Students for 25-26 Academic Year

Portales, NM – December 13, 2024 – The Eastern New Mexico University Board of Regents affirmed the ENMU Administration’s November recommendation of a zero percent tuition and fee increase for ENMU students for the 25-26 school year.

With continued substantial state support, strong enrollment, and improved retention of students, another zero percent tuition and fee structure was made possible.

This marks the fourth straight year that ENMU has not raised tuition as the University continues to offer its students a high-quality education and experience at an affordable price.

“ENMU remains committed to providing access to affordable, high-quality education,” said James Johnston, ENMU Chancellor.  “I appreciate the Board of Regents’ support of our efforts and the great work of our staff to once again, keep our tuition and fee rate flat.”

ENMU consistently ranks high in national and state rankings for affordability, with nationally recognized sites such as Niche.com and Newsweek.com recognizing ENMU for its affordable offerings.
