Office of Alumni Affairs

The Office of Alumni Affairs works closely with the ENMU Foundation to coordinate events for Greyhound Grads and provide many opportunities for ENMU alumni to network and connect with other alumni, current students, and friends of Eastern. We are currently developing this section of the ENMU site so you can get more information about upcoming events, the ENMU Alumni Association, and ways you can get involved as a Greyhound Grad to support ENMU.

We also keep track of contact information for ENMU graduates, so if you are not receiving the Green & Silver Magazine or other alumni information, please be sure to update your contact information.

Transcripts for Greyhound Grads

One of the most common questions we get from alumni is how to request transcripts. When you fill out a transcript request, you will need your ENMU student ID number. You can get your ENMU student ID number from the Office of the Registrar by calling 575.562.2175. They will ask you questions to confirm your identity including your name, last four digits of your SSN, your birthdate, and an address you had on file when you were an ENMU student.

Get Involved and Stay Connected After Graduation

It is never too early to get involved. The ENMU Alumni Association and ENMU Foundation want to make sure your Eastern experience lasts longer than your time in the classroom. By cultivating loyalty, cherishing tradition, and building lifelong relationships, our goal is to unite all alumni and friends, motivating them to support and promote our University so future students continue to have scholarship opportunities and an overall successful college experience.

How to Stay Involved

• Update your contact information: As ENMU alumni, you will continue to have your ENMU email address and MyENMU Portal access. You can always log in to your portal to update your information, but we want to know what's going on in your life too! In order to receive alumni news and the Green & Silver Magazine, please ensure ENMU has your current email and mailing address.
• Share your story: We are always looking for exciting news to share with our alumni and those who support our scholarship funding effort. However your ENMU education/scholarship has helped you achieve success during school or after graduation, we want to hear about it! Submit your career and monumental life experience news to the Green & Silver Magazine at [email protected].
• Make a donation: By giving back to ENMU you can help ensure the continuation of the ENMU Foundation scholarships, support academic, cultural, or athletic programs, and have more ways to stay in the loop after graduation. Contributions of $50 or more receive recognition in our annual calendar and help you to stay connected with alumni events throughout the year.
• Come back for Homecoming and other ENMU events to see the campus and reconnect with old friends!
