The Vocal Area Faculty collaborate to produce a full-staged operatic or musical production each year. In the fall, Stagecraft for Singers is a course offered to students that trains them in audition skills, resume building, character development, and acting for singing. In the spring, this course turns into the yearly production, which helps students from the fall put into practice what they have learned and provides vocal area students of all majors a larger performance opportunity to gain experience and offer role credits for their resumes.
