Office of the Registrar
Anything related to your academic records and personal information goes through the Office of the Registrar. This office maintains University records for registration, academic history, graduation and commencement, and Veterans Affairs (VA) certification. The Registrar also makes sure your credits from advanced placement and other college course credits are reflected in your academic history.
Registrar Office Hours
The Office of the Registrar is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding University holidays.
Transcripts
If you have ever been enrolled at ENMU, you can request an official copy of your transcript online. ENMU-Roswell and ENMU-Ruidoso transcripts must be requested from those institutions directly.
Student Privacy
The Registrar also oversees Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) activities to make sure your academic records are protected.
Registering for Classes
Once you are an ENMU student, you'll be able to register for classes, update your contact information and even request or send transcripts through the MyENMU Portal, our University's intranet.
Veteran Services and Military Assistance
We appreciate the sacrifices made by our military veterans and their dependents, and we want you to know you've made a great decision to join other active military, veteran and dependent students finding their success at ENMU. Graduation
ENMU hosts a graduation ceremony in the fall and spring semesters; all ENMU associate, bachelor's and master's degree candidates are welcome to participate. No tickets are required for admission, and the ceremony is open to the public.
