Portales, NM – Jan. 25, 2023 – Eastern New Mexico University Department of Art and Culinary Arts program is proud to present an all-you-can-eat "Chocolate Sunday" fundraising event Sunday, February 12, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Campus Union Building Ballroom.
"Chocolate Sunday" will feature all-you-can-eat chocolates, live jazz music, and a community art auction. All proceeds from this event go toward funding student opportunities in the Department of Art and Culinary Arts program, including special workshops and artists-in-residence events.
"February 12th will mark our first attempt to bring "Chocolate Sunday" to the Eastern New Mexico region," said Richard Schwartz, Chair Department of Art. "Chef Lisa Campbell and I have attended or participated in events like "Chocolate Sunday" and are very excited about bringing and sharing such a fun and tasty event with others."
