Scholarships are defined as a type of financial aid, in the form of a grant (a sum of money or other aid) that does not have to be repaid by the recipients to assist students as they pursue their studies.
Scholarships are awarded by Enrollment Services, the ENMU Foundation and various academic departments to current and incoming students. The Office of Financial Aid administers these funds after they have been awarded.
Undergraduate Scholarships
To be considered for an Undergraduate Admissions Scholarship, the priority deadline is Aug. 1 for the fall semester and Jan. 3 for the spring semester.
Pro-Tip: Some of these scholarships are based on ACT or SAT scores you earn. If you're coming in as a freshman, be sure to take the ACT or SAT early and often in your last two years of high school because ENMU takes your highest composite score!
