ENMU offers two tracks to earn a bachelor's degree in aviation that can be completed 100% online: a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science. These programs will provide the academic background necessary for you to find employment in a number of professional aviation-related careers.

Not Sure Which Aviation Degree Option is Right for You?

The Bachelor of Science in Aviation Science degree is designed for you if you wish to study advanced levels of aviation science as part of a liberal arts program. Many students in this program are already working in or are seeking aviation-related positions and wish to pursue a bachelor's degree in aviation as a means to move into a higher level position within their company.

Aviation Science Bachelor of Science

The BAAS – Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science in Aviation Science is an option for you if you already have your Associate of Applied Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree. This degree is a perfect fit if you are a non-traditional student with extensive field experience in aviation and either an accumulation of a minimum of 30 semester hours of aviation-related credits through other institutions, or you hold an Airframe and Powerplant License (A&P).

Looking for an Associate Degree in Aviation Science?

There is currently no associate degree available through the ENMU-Portales campus. However, the ENMU-Roswell Aviation Maintenance Technology (AMT) program runs approximately 14 1/2 consecutive months, making it one of fastest and most competitive in terms of completion time available.
