PORTALES, NM – February 14, 2022 – Eastern New Mexico University is proud to present Wade Bowen at Steve Loy Family Foundation Arena on April 30, 2022, at 7 p.m., sponsored by JP Stone Community Bank.
Wade Bowen is one of country music's finest and most authentic modern voices; Bowen's approach stays rooted in tradition and stands on the creative cutting edge. Playing more than 200 nationwide shows a year, Bowen has scored hits and earned accolades, appearing multiple times at the venerated Grand Ole Opry.
The Hamilton's, the husband and wife duo from Ruidoso, New Mexico, will kick off the evening at 7 p.m. Texas singer-songwriters Phil Hamilton and Erica Perry perform a blues-soul-country mix known for their powerful vocals and strong stage presence.
With a long tradition of hosting country acts such as George Strait, Kenny Rogers and Willie Nelson, Eastern New Mexico University presents its first major concert on campus in more than 20 years.
