Dr. Ajay Singh, assistant professor of special education at Eastern New Mexico University, was recently selected as one of twenty-one lucky winners in Sodexo's "Dining Through the Decades: Capture It National Prize Sweepstakes."
Dr. Singh received a retro-inspired Polaroid prize package, complete with a Polaroid Snap Touch Instant Print Digital Camera, film and a Polaroid Drone, as part of the "Dining through the Decades" prize. "Dining through the Decades" was a component of an ongoing resident dining promotion series sponsored by Sodexo, the dining services company at ENMU.
Featured at more than 600 Sodexo-managed colleges and university campuses nationwide, "Dining through the Decades" gave students the opportunity to live a different era in the comfort of the dining hall. Students enjoyed a culturally immersive culinary journey through the past century, complete with nostalgic foods, upbeat activities, authentic décor and more.
