ENMU Foundation Awards to be Presented at 40th Annual Homecoming Breakfast

The festivities begin on the Portales campus on Monday, Sept. 28, with students presenting musical skits in "Songfest" at 7 p.m. in the Campus Union Ballroom and ends on Saturday, Oct. 3, with the homecoming parade and football game against Texas A&M Kingsville.

Students selected "1950s: Sock Hops, Malt Shops and Happy Days" as this year's homecoming theme.

Friday, Oct. 2, features a golf tournament, an alumni volleyball game, homecoming picnic at the president's house and concludes with the bonfire.

Saturday, Oct. 3, includes an awards breakfast, parade, buffet, football game and meet-and-greet with inductees into the Athletic Hall of Honors.

Friday, Oct. 2

The Homecoming Golf Experience, 8 a.m.-noon or 1-5 p.m.
Advance registration is required. Contact the Department of Athletics at 575.562.2141.

Homecoming Picnic, University President's Home, 1600 W Cherry St, 5-6 p.m.
President Steven Gamble invites alumni, students and friends for a casual picnic at his residence.

Alumni Volleyball Game, Steve Loy Family Foundation Arena, 6 p.m.
Come out to this alumni game that pits former players versus current players.

Bonfire, Steve Loy Family Foundation Arena, 8 p.m.
ENMU will announce the 2015 Homecoming King and Queen. Join current and former students for this revered tradition.

Saturday, Oct. 3

40th Annual Foundation Awards Breakfast, Campus Union (CUB) Ballroom, 8-10 a.m.

The Homecoming Parade, Down S Ave C, right onto 18th St., 11 a.m.

Sodexo Buffet, Crossroads, Campus Union (CUB), 11:30 a.m.-1:15 p.m.
Sodexo will sell tickets at the door for $11.58 for the general public.

The Homecoming Football Game, Steve Loy Family Foundation Stadium, 3 p.m.
The Greyhounds take on Texas A&M Kingsville. Halftime activities include the presentation of the Homecoming King and Queen and their court along with parade float winners.

Athletic Hall of Honors, Campus Union (CUB), 6:30-7 p.m.
The Greyhound Club hosts a brief meet and greet honoring the 2015 inductees. 7-9 p.m. The Greyhound Club hosts a formal dinner honoring the 2015 inductees.
