The Eastern New Mexico University rodeo team had a strong showing at the Tarleton State rodeo this past weekend.
Hounds Post Eight Top Finishes at WT Invitational
CANYON, TEXAS - The Eastern New Mexico University outdoor track & field teams combined to claim first place in eight events on Sunday at the West Texas A&M Invitational. The performances included three NCAA Championship qualifying marks, while both the men's and women's teams from ENMU claimed second place in the team standings.

The Eastern New Mexico University softball team will conclude the 2017 season this weekend against Lone Star Conference rival, West Texas A&M. Please join the Greyhounds as we honor our three seniors in their final home series of the year. Audrey Velasquez, Susannah Chandler, and Katie Ripple, following Saturday's game.
Please note the change in the series schedule. The teams will open with a Friday doubleheader, which starts at 1 p.m. MST. The teams will met for a single game on Saturday at noon. The Hounds are closing out one of their best seasons in recent years, so don't miss your chance to see the team take the field for the final time this year!

Paisar Named NCBWA South Central Pitcher of the Week
PORTALES, N.M. - Following the Eastern New Mexico University baseball team's split against 11th-ranked Angelo State this past weekend, junior right handed pitcher, Austin Paisar, was named the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association South Central Region Pitcher of the Week.
Greyhound Softball to Host West Texas A&M in Season Finale
PORTALES, NM - This weekend, the Eastern New Mexico University softball team (20-33) will conclude the 2017 with a three-game Lone Star Conference series against West Texas A&M. The Greyhounds have won six home games this season, most recently a three-game sweep over University of Texas of the Permian Basin.
Hounds' Seniors Carry ENMU Past 11th-Ranked Angelo State
After honoring its seven seniors prior to Sunday's home finale, the Eastern New Mexico University baseball team pounded out 10 runs in the seventh and eighth inning, leading to a 11-7 win over 11th-ranked Angelo State.
Parker Chosen as Lone Star Conference Track Athlete of the Week
PORTALES, NM - For the second time this season the Lone Star Conference office has chosen Marcus Parker from the Eastern New Mexico University outdoor track & field team for weekly honors. After his performance at the West Texas A&M Invitational, the freshman was chosen as the league's Male Track Athlete of the Week.
