La Casa Family Health Center proudly serves as the Health Services provider for ENMU faculty and students. ENMU Health Services assists students in maintaining a positive, healthy lifestyle to achieve academic success. ENMU Health Services is funded by student activity fees. One hundred percent of our budget is used to deliver quality health care to students.

What We Offer
ENMU Health Services offers preventive and acute health services similar to your family health care clinic, at little or no cost to students. Family Planning services, screening lab testing and treatment for infections are also provided.
We offer walk-in hours from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. on weekdays for students who are ill. You must bring your student ID and current activity sticker to every appointment. This proves you are a current student and qualify for our services.
In addition to flu shots, blood tests, and prescriptions, we also provide family planning services, pap smears, STI screening and treatment, and contraception products. As with any medical clinic we assure complete confidentiality.
The meningitis vaccine (Menectra) is strongly recommended for first-time students who will be living in dorms or in group living facilities. Two doses of MMR (measles-mumps-rubella) vaccine is needed to protect students from these contagious diseases. We also recommend the influenza vaccine annually, since the "flu" season usually hits around the winter finals week or in the early spring. The influenza vaccine is offered on campus seasonally. Please call our office for details.
ENMU does not endorse a particular health insurance plan. Your office visits at Health Services are provided at little or no cost to you. However, we encourage all students to have health insurance for unexpected illness or injury. Visit our Student Health Insurance page to get started.
