Summary: Basic filing, typing, record keeping, assist with mailings, receptionist duties and scanning. Excellent communication skills to deal with the general public (alumni and donors) in person or over the phone are necessary. Assist with the annual Homecoming Breakfast and Foundation Barbecue. May be asked to assist with designing and writing for publications, newsletters, annual event invitations, etc., and in the maintenance of the ENMU Foundation web pages in addition to office duties.
Working Hours: 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday with the exception of 2 Saturdays (Homecoming and one in June)

Qualifications: Must have work study for fall and spring semesters.
Must be able to work through the summer semesters.
Duties: Filing, basic computer skills (MSWord, Xcel, etc.), telephone and customer service etiquette. Also, knowledge of basic graphic design skills using Adobe CS 3-6 software, basic web page maintenance, and journalism skills are helpful but not required.
