Summary: The helpdesk area is seeking two individuals who can work between the hours of 7:30 - 5:30, M-F.

Qualifications: Ability to write and speak proper English. Able to follow written and oral instructions. Enjoys working with computers and faculty and staff. Familiar with MS Windows and MS Office software. Interested in troubleshooting all kinds of software problems. Must be self-motivated.

Duties: Basic duties include, but are not limited to, answer telephones, analyze computer problems and direct the work to the proper people, work with faculty and staff on a wide range of software problems, troubleshoot software and networking problems. Other duties as assigned.
