Summary: CHS has an exciting opportunity in our Grain Marketing Division. We arre looking for a Grain Operations Intern to work with grain terminal staff learning the day-to-day business operations. You must have excellent communitcation skills, both verbal and written, accept and handle responsibility, be ambitious, solve problems, and make decisions as needed.

Qualifications: Basic Qualifications (required)
Currently enrolled in Business, Ag Business, Management or Engineering/Industrial Management degree program
Available for shift work or long irregular hours
Able to work in potential physically strenuous environment
Preferred Qualifications (desired)
Previous internship in a production, manufacturing or agriculture
Entering junior or senior year
Duties: Load and unload barges, trucks and railcars
Perform other grain handling including filling, blending, transferring, etc.
Assist with workload and logistical planning.
Learn facility layout and grain flow, as well as maintain general appearance of facility.
Gain knowledge of USDA grain standards and understand USDA export loading regulations.
Operate safely within CHS policy, procedures, and governmental regulations and fully participate in all safety programs.
