Summary: The helpdesk area is seeking two individuals who can work between the hours of 7:30 - 5:30, M-F.

Qualifications: Ability to write & speak proper English. Able to follow written & oral instructions. Enjoys working with computers and faculty and staff. Familiar with MS Windows and MS Office software. Interested in troubleshooting all kinds of software problems. Must be self-motivated.

Duties: Basic duties include, but are not limited to, answer telephones, analyze computer problems and direct the work to the proper people, work with faculty and staff on a wide range of software problems, troubleshoot software and networking problems. Other duties as assigned.
