Qualifications: Basic Qualifications
1+ year experience interacting with people or customers

Minimum Qualifications

High comfort level using computers. Demonstrated ability to achieve individual and team goals.
Positive attitude. Reliable attendance Professional (Verbal/Written Communication and Presence)

Preferred Skills
Previous experience selling products and services. Previous experience meeting customer satisfaction goals. Previous experience working in a fast paced environment Ability to work a schedule that includes working weekends and some holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Multilingual speakers are encouraged to apply.

Duties: Under direct supervision, processes customer transactions within established guidelines. Identifies and makes sales referrals, recommends alternate channels, cross-sells bank services and products for Wells Fargo partners, provides excellent customer service. Duties may include safe deposit, merchant/vault, ATM processing, bonds and coupons, foreign currency and night drop.
