Job Summary: Goodwill is seeking for applicants to fill the position of a Program Adminstrator.
Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and or abilities required for the position. Individuals must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test. Individuals must have a valid New Mexico driver’s license, liability insurance, insurability under the agency insurance carrier, dependable vehicle and a clean driving record.
Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Three year’s related work experience
Bilingual, English/Spanish preferred.

Assist program manager on an as-needed basis.
Develops an excellent working knowledge of all programmatic policies and guidelines.
Ability to effectively communicate program goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
Develops a familiarity with and understanding of the department’s budgeting process and is able to contribute input.
Monitors and reports monthly persons served satisfaction information, to include program specific electronic satisfaction surveys.
Responsible for quality assurance of persons served files; ensuring accuracy, completeness and format compliance.
Coordinates project staff education and implementation of new forms, processes and procedures.
Ensures that program data, records, files, etc. are kept in strict confidentiality in accordance with the Privacy Act.
Monitors program practices for HIPAA compliance. Reports any discrepancy to program manager.
Coordinates with program staff and program manager in development of partnerships for services, referrals and the overall benefit of GINM with local business, agencies, non-profits and governmental entities.
Coordinates program staff outreach efforts according to the strategic outreach plan, on behalf of GINM at community events to increase awareness and public understanding of the program and GINM’s mission and services.
Schedules and coordinates weekly and monthly program staff meetings, including teleconferencing needs.
Organizes data for reports on the status, activities and plans for current and future operations; keeps leadership and other departments informed of status of department.
Responsible for CARF compliance and maintaining standards in areas of responsibility.
Implements CARF standards into all programs and follows professional ethics as set in the Code of Conduct/Business Ethics policy.
Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
