Job Summary: Join Schwan's Home Service as a District Sales Leader! This position is responsible for the Sales Operations and Direct Leadership of 8 to 12 Territory Sales Leaders in the West Texas (Graham TX to Albuquerques NM) District, with the scope of 100 employees (sales leaders, route sales representatives, and warehouse operations employees)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
Good PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
The ability to effectively present information in group settings to a wide variety of audiences.

Duties: This position is responsible for managing sales, warehousing of frozen food, a fleet of delivery vehicles, and supply chains within a district
Manages the effective distribution of frozen food products within specified geography containing multiple distribution sites to include, but not limited to, forecasting accuracy, inventory control, inspections, safety compliance, material handling, and efficiency of the warehouse operations.
Reviews market analysis to determine customer needs volume potential and supports sales campaigns to accommodate goals of company.
Completes annual sales and profit projections and follows up on these projections through-out the year. Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales.
Coordinates sales operations and product distribution by working with the corporate business units, Field Operations, and Territory Sales Leaders to establish sales territories quotas and goals.
Provides input and feedback regarding the development of new markets for products, as well as supports corporate sales campaigns, analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and to assist the sales team in annual sales contests, etc.
Manages effective utilization of a fleet of delivery vehicles to include, but not limited to, adherence to Department of Transportation compliance, cost control of proper preventative maintenance/repair as well as fleet utilization.
Creates, develops, & implements budgets and projections for the district and monitors spending practices, develops strategic/business plans and responsible for growing sales through directing the activities of Territory Sales Leaders and Route Managers.
Manages the effective utilization of real estate to include, but not limited to, depot preventive maintenance, budgeting, operating expense budgeting, and initiating capital expenditure requests for expansions or changes.
Works with the General Manager - Area and the corporate business units on product simplification and standardization to eliminate unprofitable items from sales line; represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.
Assists other departments within organization to prepare manuals, complete surveys, and provide information for other publications.
