Status: Full-time position
Location: Clovis, NM
Job Summary: Provide clinical oversight and on-going ABA behavioral intervention and training to children accepted into ASD Skills Building Program (children birth to 17 years of age diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder); serve as a liaison between the organization and other parties; conduct staff trainings. Strong organizational skills, time management skills, communication skills, and ability to interact professionally with coworkers and customers desired.
Position available is full-time, Monday through Friday.
BCBA or ABA experience, grant writing skills, and bilingual preferred. Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and good driving record.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field; or current NM licensure in OT, SLP, MHC, LPC, or LSW. Must have at least one year of supervisory experience and ability to work independently.
Duties: Provide clinical oversight and on-going ABA behavioral intervention and training to children accepted into ASD Skills Building Program; serve as a liaison between the organization and other parties; conduct and attend staff trainings; provide positive customer service; work as a team member; communicate with various departments and outside agencies to ensure clients are receiving high quality services; collect and review documentation; complete reports; ensure quality assurance and compliance for state regulations.
