Job Summary: Account reconciliations, bank deposits, reporting.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of two years current experience.
Excellent computer skills. Advanced intermediate to advanced Excel, Access and Word. Excellent written, verbal and communication skills. Must be able to work well with people on all levels.
Duties: Reconcile receivable accounts, especially for grants.
Reconcile payroll, vacation and other benefit payable accounts
Prepare JE’s for various intercompany and non-cash transactions.
Prepare bank deposits including scanning checks and counting cash.
Prepare Cash Receipt entry monthly, accessing electronic receipts.
Coordinate with the financial auditors.
Reconcile various deposit categories: rents, donations and miscellaneous.
Prepare some invoices for pass through billings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
