Job Summary: Investments Limited is one of the country’s premier real estate investment, ownership, development, operations, management, and leasing organizations. It owns a geographically diversified portfolio of commercial properties as well as residential communities. They are currently accepting applications for the position of Property Manager.

As a large investments firm we are seeking to employ hard working, competent college graduates to be trained to work in real estate property management, financing, acquisitions, sales and new developments. We are looking for open-minded people willing to learn that are not afraid of a challenge. The job location is in Boca Raton, Florida. Negotiating, diplomacy, and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, are required. Reliable transportation is a must. This is an opportunity for graduates to learn about property maintenance, performing site inspections and evaluating the need for repairs. Reviewing dibs and contracts. Developing business by building rapport and reaching out to potential tenants. Understanding prospective tenants’ requirements, matching requirements to available units/spaces, showing properties, demonstrating benefits of tenancy, etc.
