Declaration of Major Form

Research your options before submitting this form.

• View the list of degree plan checklists.  Choose and print a checklist for your desired major.  Examine that checklist with your transcript to see what what work may apply.
• View the undergraduate catalog to see what requirements your major includes .
• If you have questions about a degree plan or classes required for a particular degree, discuss the degree program with an academic advisor in the discipline before requesting a degree plan checklist. Advisors are listed in the ENMU directory. If you do not know your advisor's name, please contact your department head or department secretary.

You can either:

• Use the online major declaration form
• Print out the declaration of major form (pdf) and fax it to 575.562.2855 or take the form to the Advising Center, Student Academic Services Building, Room 214, or e-mail to declare.major@enmu.edu.
